2. Data we collect

Contact details; candidate CVs, employment history, education, references and assessment notes; client company and contact persons; technical data such as IP address, device and browser information.

3. Lawful bases and use

We rely on consent, contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations and legitimate interests to answer enquiries, deliver recruitment and executive-search services, assess candidates, manage client relationships, meet accounting duties and secure this site. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Sharing and retention

Candidate data is shared with prospective employers only with consent; processors act under written agreements. We never sell personal data. Candidate records are kept up to 24 months after last contact; contract and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.

5. Cookies

Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only after prior informed consent; categories are listed in the cookie notice and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at contact@globalskwyline.com.
