What we take on, and what we do not

globalskwyline.com is a B2B executive search firm. Every mandate starts from a written role brief covering scope, decision rights, compensation range, and job-related competency criteria.

  1. Retained

    Retained executive search

Exclusive mandates for senior management and board roles. We agree the brief in writing, map the market, approach candidates directly, and present anonymized dossiers until a shortlist matches the criteria.

    • Role brief signed before the first candidate contact
    • Direct approach, no advertised vacancy
    • Structured comparison against the brief
  2. Fixed fee

    Leadership competency assessment

Assessment of internal or external candidates against defined leadership criteria, delivered as a written report with evidence and identified risks. Fees are fixed per mandate and confirmed before work begins.

Assessment results are advisory and do not guarantee selection, performance, or placement.

  3. Advisory

    Board and founder advisory

Short, fixed-scope assignments on succession planning, compensation benchmarking, and interview design. Advisory output is written, dated, and scoped to the question asked.

Outside our scope: we are not a job board or a general recruitment agency. We do not post vacancies, and we do not present unverified CV summaries as assessment evidence.

03

Confidential

Five written stages, from a signed role brief to the first ninety days of integration.

How a retained search runs, stage by stage

Each stage closes with a written document you approve before the next one opens. Nothing moves on a verbal agreement.

  1. 01

    Role brief

We draft scope, decision rights, reporting line, compensation range and job-related competency criteria. You sign the brief before research starts.

  2. 02

    Market mapping

Named companies in the agreed sectors are mapped, candidates are approached discreetly, and every contact is logged in a tracker you can read.

  3. 03

    Leadership competency assessment

Structured interviews test five criteria drawn from the brief. Findings are recorded with evidence and flagged risks, not impressions.

  4. 04

    Structured candidate presentation

Anonymised dossiers with the same fields for every person: role, mandate, competency signals, reference status, plus a comparison against the brief.

  5. 05

    Integration

Offer support, start-date planning and structured check-ins at day 30, 60 and 90, written up for the hiring executive.

Leadership assessment results are advisory and do not guarantee selection, performance or placement. Open a confidential brief call or read the fee basis.

Fee basis, fixed before the search opens

Vezha works on retained terms only. The role brief sets the scope, decision rights and compensation range, and the fee follows from that brief rather than from a percentage guess. Nothing is invoiced before both sides sign.

Retained search
A fixed percentage of the agreed first-year compensation package, invoiced in three installments: on brief sign-off, at shortlist presentation, and at placement.
Leadership assessment
Fixed fee per candidate cohort, quoted once the job-related competency criteria are agreed. Assessment results are advisory and do not guarantee selection, performance, or placement.
Deliverables
Written role brief, anonymized candidate dossiers, structured comparison against the brief, interview scheduling, reference status log, and a closing summary.
Quoted separately
Travel, third-party psychometric licences and paid advertising, each approved in writing before any cost is incurred.

Invoices are issued in UAH with payment terms of 10 calendar days. Confidentiality is protected within signed agreements and applicable law.

06 / Confidential

A short mandate note opens a scoped conversation under NDA.

Begin with a written role brief, not a CV stack

Send the scope, decision rights, compensation range, and job-related competency criteria. No CVs are requested at this stage. We reply with a retained search outline, assessment approach, and fee basis.
