1. Provider

2. Scope

These terms govern this website and engagements for executive search, assessment and advisory services, with pre-contract information provided under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII and Цивільний кодекс України № 435-IV.

3. Client responsibilities

You provide accurate briefs, lawful non-discriminatory criteria, timely feedback and lawfully shared candidate data (Закон України «Про засади запобігання та протидії дискримінації в Україні» № 5207-VI; Кодекс законів про працю України).

4. Fees

Fees follow a written quote or engagement letter (retainer and/or success fee), excluding taxes and third-party costs. No fee arises before a quote is accepted.

5. Intellectual property

Content, methods and reports remain our property; deliverables are licensed to you for internal business use only.

6. Liability

We apply reasonable professional skill. We are not liable for indirect loss or client hiring decisions; aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement.

7. Complaints

Email contact@globalskwyline.com; we reply within 30 days (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023). Consumers may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

8. Data and cookies

Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3999-IX від 06.06.2024; cookies under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX.

9. Governing law

Ukrainian law applies; information is truthful and Ukrainian-language text is at least equal to foreign-language text (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР; Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII).
